For purchasers of E-Book and Simulator:
Through the credit card processor I receive your name, e-mail, zip code, country, first four digits of your card number (provide card type and bank information) and last four digits. The zip code and country is so I can get some idea of the location of my customer base. I only use your name and e-mail address if I need to contact you or you contact me in case of a problem (failure to download properly, accidently pay twice for one purchase, etc.). The information also helps if I need to make a refund.
I do not share this information with anyone else for any reason. I assume that the credit card processor also has access to the same information.
I do not receive your entire credit card number and have no way of obtaining that number.
For all others
I use Gold Stats as a hit counter. That provides me with a log of hits, but not the complete identity of the viewer. I do not use cookies. I do not collect any other personal information. If I receive personal or business information from you by e-mail or phone call, I keep that information confidential.
