I can analyze your process and operational requirements to help in the development of specifications for the purchase of distributed control systems and other instrument and control equipment. I can also assist you in the selection of control systems.

Control System Design

Before the configuration and the programming of the control system can begin, the control system must be designed. I can add the "I" (instrumentation and controls) to your P&ID. I can also develop the functional specifications from the needs of your process and from information supplied by your process engineering and operations personnel.

Configuration and Programming

Once the control system is selected and purchased I can configure and program the system to meet your needs.

Startup Assistance

I can assist in the startup of the process or the switch over from an existing to a new control system.

Training

Training can be provided for general process control knowledge (from basic to advanced). We can train your operators based on your process and your control system configuration.
